Environmental concerns as well as a desire to work closer to home and stop wasting 2 hours a day driving influenced my decision last year to withdraw from the hectic and pressure-filled world of corporate management. This decision now means that I am available to give YOU my PERSONAL SERVICE. I now provide PERSONAL SERVICE to individuals and clients of a few chosen REALTORS in the Park City, Heber, and Kamas areas. My vast mortgage and real estate experience coupled with the latest technologies assures that you will get the best loan product available at the best price even in the current turbulent environment.
My goal will always be to do the best possible job for YOU. The spectacular technologies that I employ allow me to work from anywhere that I have an internet connection, which means I am able to constantly monitor mortgage markets, stay on top of lenders, underwriters, processors, title agents, appraisers, and all the other folks necessary to coordinate a mortgage transaction. Some folks out there will tell you that they can make mortgages “simple”. Don’t fall for that line and believe them! It just ain’t so! As an independent loan originator I don’t have any loan products to push or any other motives other than to get YOU the best product for your needs. There are many factors that can help determine what kind of loan is best for you, and I will help you analyze them so that you end up with the product that meets YOUR needs – unlike so many in this profession that push borrowers into loan products that they don’t understand and that can lead to very unpleasant surprises down the road.
I have lived in Utah for 52 years – and in the “Wasatch Back” for over 9 years – so I know the territory. I attended Highland High School and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Accounting in 1973. I have been the CEO of several companies (some “public”) and I have bought and sold homes, rental properties and commercial properties for over 25 years. I “know the ropes” and have “seen it all” and will use this lifetime of experience to make sure YOU are well taken care of in your mortgage borrowing needs – now and in the future.
